Welcome to Boca International! By using our website, services, or buyer-intent lead products (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree… well, we’ll be sad, but please don’t use the Service.

We keep things simple, fair, and a little fun — because business shouldn’t feel like reading the tax code.

You must be at least 18 years old and use our Service only for lawful business purposes.
No funny business, unless it’s the legal and ethical kind of funny business.

We may update, pause, improve, or even reinvent the Service at any time. (Innovation happens!)

If you create an account:

• Use accurate information
   
• Keep your login details safe (preferably not on a sticky note on your monitor)
   
• Tell us if anything seems suspicious
   

We may disable accounts that break the rules, cause chaos, or summon unexpected gremlins.

By making a purchase, you authorize Boca International to bill your payment method.
All sales are non-refundable, unless we say otherwise in writing.

If you're on a subscription, it renews automatically — because computers are great at remembering things. You can cancel anytime before renewal.

We provide high-intent leads based on keyword behavior, segmentation, and third-party data magic.
We do our absolute best to deliver quality, but:

• We cannot guarantee sales
   
• We cannot guarantee every lead responds
   
• We cannot guarantee that one of them isn’t named “Test Account”
   

Leads are provided as is, but we aim to keep them tasty, fresh, and verified.

You agree to follow all marketing laws when using the leads (CAN-SPAM, GDPR if relevant, and general “don’t be spammy” etiquette).

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Anything illegal (pretty obvious)
   
• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
   
• Spamming or deceptive outreach
   
• Reselling or redistributing our lead data
   
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or “borrow” our secret sauce
   
• Uploading chaos, viruses, or suspicious scripts
   

Break these rules, and we may terminate your account with the speed of a hungry pelican.

Our branding, website content, data, graphics, and platform materials belong to Boca International.
You may use what you buy, but please don’t copy, resell, or repackage our stuff.

Leads you purchase are for your business use only, not for resale.

If you think your copyrighted material has been used incorrectly, let us know.
We’ll review it like reasonable humans and take appropriate action.

We work hard to keep our platform fast, accurate, and online — but things happen:
maintenance, updates, cosmic rays, and that one squirrel who hates internet cables.

We don’t guarantee perfect uptime or flawless performance.

To the fullest extent allowed:

• We’re not liable for lost profits, lost business, or emotional damage caused by leads who ghost you
   
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 30 days
   

Use the Service at your own risk — and with your own marketing brilliance.

We can suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
   
• Payments fail
   
• You misuse data
   
• You unleash chaos
   

If that happens, access to the Service ends immediately (dramatic music not included).

Sometimes we link to other sites or use third-party tools.
We’re not responsible for what happens on those platforms — they live by their own rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado.
If a dispute ever arises, Colorado is where the conversation legally happens.

We may update these Terms occasionally.
If you keep using the Service, it means you accept the new version — kind of like clicking “I agree” without the 47-page PDF.
